This oil painting after Modigliani’s seated boy in a sailor suit is sized 28” x 22”, framed in a late 19th / early 20th Century antique French frame.

Modigliani’s main subject was portraiture, his portraits convey his subjects’ personalities and hold Modigliani’s trademark feature - almond-shaped eyes. This portrait bears the soft earthy colours Modigliani favoured.
